I was in awe all day thinking about finding Connie after all the years that
had passed. The last time I had seen him was at night time somewhere in
the boondocks and he was bleeding to death. It was God's miracle that he
lived to tell his remarkable story and for us to meet again and take a last
ride on a Huey helicopter, that we had hated and loved so much in the
